RBS Commercial Banking Group recently hosted another successful Business Connections event with content marketing specialists, M3 Media Publishing.
The aim of these invitation-only events for directors, is to build and develop quality connections while enjoying stimulating discussions on business growth.
David Lomas of M3 Media Publishing opened the event talking on the value of content in attracting customers.
He looked at the reasons why content is such a valuable resource, and used a case study to demonstrate the incredible power and reach of social media.
Next to talk was award-winning speaker, Andrew Thorp, of who engaged the audience of business leaders and directors on the importance of thinking creatively about content.
Andrew stressed the importance of using ‘real’ content to attract the right customers and interact with peers. This included the use of stories from within your workforce in order for you to illustrate the bigger picture about your business.
