Successful solutions require successful implementation. From an IT perspective, Paul emphasises that technology needs to be adopted as part of a “holistic view of the whole business operations, from start to finish.”
He concludes, “Business owners are right to be concerned about plug-and-play software, as it often might not be the right fit for their business. Companies should look for a trusted partner who can provide the correct technology for the specific company.”
