We held our latest Thought Club event recently, and what an event it was – 20 people joining in and supporting a fellow business with their knowledge, experience, ideas and suggestions!
Today sitting in the ‘hot seat’ was Philip Reynolds from ConnectsU, an online platform that works with membership organisations and associations to connect people and enhance the user experience.
After a short explanation of the particular challenge he brought to the session, the guest participants start by each asking him their individual questions.
Once the group has finished with this gentle interrogation, and we have Philip’s answers, then we go back around the table (or PC screen) to get to the real value of these Mastermind events.
The collective suggestions received from our group of experienced and knowledgeable business leaders – can be fascinating and enlightening.
This is invaluable – but not just to the business sitting in our ‘hot seat’.
Through solving Philip’s particular business challenge in a controlled and collaborative environment, our guests and partners also get to interact with like-minded business leaders – and are able to display their own expertise to everyone at the event, through what is always a vibrant and enjoyable thought leadership session.
